Green Bay, WI (Sports Network) - The Green Bay Packers reached an agreement to trade quarterback Brett Favre to the New York Jets late Wednesday night.
In an earlier article, we discussed how the implementation of two-back systems and the changes in NFL play calling have dramatically shifted running back fantasy football draft strategy. Changes must also be made to the wide receiver position. While it may have been a good strategy to automatically take the two best RBs on the board with your first two picks a few years ago, it is not anymore. Many fantasy football magazines and experts may still try to tell
you to solidify your RB corps before even thinking about wide receivers, but this tactic will only have you skipping out on stud playmakers for simply decent runners.
